Community Art Resilience

Art and Resilience Community Art Project

This program aims to connect communities by activating community centres, while upskilling local artists in Community Cultural Development (CCD) practices.

In the previous Art and Resilience program, local artists were selected from an application process. They kicked off with a weekend workshop with the Creative Recovery Network then delivered art workshops throughout the City of Whittlesea.

Projects included mandala making, writing, singing, theatre/movement and creating art with glass. They explored connection to nature, to each other and to your community.
