Thank you for joining us on a magical nighttime journey through the culture and history of Thomastown and experiencing one of our oldest suburbs in a new light!

Walking Thomastown was a chance to gather at dusk and explore the world around you as you walk from Main Street Recreation Reserve, along Edgars Creek, through Ziebell’s Farm Museum and Heritage Garden.

Walking Thomastown feeatured a breathtaking array of light installations, sculptures, art, live music, magicians, performances, soundscapes, and family-friendly entertainment.

The walk was about 1.6km with five separate spaces along the route featuring many performances, including magic shows as part of a mini carnival at the Westgarthtown Historic Precinct, live music at Ziebell’s Farmhouse Museum and Heritage Garden, with youth performances and community dances at Thomas Street Recreation Reserve and Playground.
