The Victorian Collection is a free tool for students, researchers and curious minds. It houses a portion of the City of Whittlesea's Art collection, which includes paintings, drawings, textiles, ceramics, photographs and small sculptures.

Highlights of the City of Whittlesea's Art collection include the John and Gillian Borrack Federation Bequest of 40 watercolours and the Thomas de Kessler gift of 41 works on paper.
